With Club Classique, we’ve created an entirely new version of Bizet’s famous opera. Featuring a male soprano as Carmen, a quintet instead of a full orchestra, and drag queens in place of the choir, we’ve turned it into a modern queer reinterpretation.

A classical jam session in one of Amsterdam’s coziest cafés, complete with a little theater in the back. With a beer next to the music stand, we’ll play the most beautiful chamber music — and you can come and enjoy it all for free!
